Mrs. Lathrop takes the blame for her delay in writing a paper for the (Columbian Catholic) Congress, and thanks Onahan for his letter of apology for something that proned to be her mistake. She had misinterpreted a sentence in a previous Onahan letter in regard to "Woman's Day." She will try to finish the paper before the Congress.
