Enclosed is a circular letter which explains why the Association could not change its rules, and therefore grant reduced rates to American Catholic Congress delegates. Railroad Correspondence. Enclosure: 1889 Sep. 27 Owing to action of the last Legislature, The Railway Association of Michigan, Passenger Department has been compelled to change its rule in reference to rate reductions for conventions, and after Oct. 1, no reductions will be granted.
