(Circular Letter) The project of a Summer assembly for Catholics similar to the Chautauqua plan has been generally and thoroughly discussed and meets with favor among prelates, clergy and laity. The next important consideration is the selection of a location, also the arrangement of details. For this purpose a meeting of those interested should be held as early as possible.
