Tierney, Father Michael, New Britain, Connecticut, to Richard Henry Clarke, New York, New York, 1884 November 3
Item
Identifier: CRCL I-2-n
Scope and Contents
Clarke's postal was a surprise as the parties that Tierney wrote and put Clarke in communication with were supposed to send all information directly to Clarke. Judge McManus of Hartford, now Quartermaster General of the State, has prepared something for Clarke. Tierney had lost sight of the matter although he will be glad to assist Clarke. He failed to get the letters of Bishop Francis McFarland from the Sisters of Mercy. His brother John McFarland of Wapakoneta, Ohio will surely give the early family history. :: I-2-n A.L.S. 1p. 8vo.
