The Keileys are well, the Major being in better health, but Mrs. Keiley has lost her daughter Ellen, who has gotten married. McMaster is in better health, but the colds he has affect his stomach and bowels. He sees the Vallettes people often at Church, and they always ask after John. McMaster encloses a letter.
