Belmont has just returned from the country and received McMaster's letter of April 21. He will notify Mr. Perry who will pleased to comply with the flattering request if his Congressional duties will allow him to leave Washington, D.C.. Belmont is happy to accept the honor of being one of the vice presidents of McMaster's meeting since he cordially sympathizes with its purpose.
