Walsh, Father John, Albany, New York, to James Alphonsus McMaster, New York, New York, 1879 February 28

 Item
Identifier: CMMA I-2-c

Scope and Contents

Walsh commends McMaster for the way in which he is receiving the blow from Alton. His submissiveness to unjust treatment shows a truly Catholic spirit, and he hopes that deliverance will come soon. He cherishes the memory of McMaster's visit to him 2 winters ago. He sends his first article on the Forty Hours question and hopes it will be published at the earliest opportunity. He is trying to clear up the misunderstandings and does not wish his name or locality to appear in the paper. :: I-2-c A.L.S. 1p. 12mo.
