Father Pfaller sends Father Genin a copy of the Address petition handed to the Catholic Indian Bureau. The Bureau has done nothing at all about it. Pfaller calls the Catholic Indian Bureau a real humbug and says that Bishops Michael Heiss and Rupert Siedenbush, and also Father Ignaz Tomazin share his view.
