Scope and Contents

Sloan sends $1.50 for the Freeman's Journal. He was going to discontinue it but did not want to exclude himself from the blessings of religion. He had been a Methodist and then a Campbellite, but from reading the Bible he realized Christ and the Apostles founded a lasting Church, and he is convinced that the Catholic Church is the one true Church. :: I-2-b A.L.S. 1p. 12mo.
