The Preface of the third volume of Dom. P. Gueranger's "Institutions liturgiques" contains a decision of the Sacred L. Congregation of Rites, which he thinks will not be without interest to many of the readers of the Journal. A question which the Bishop of Langres proposed was answered by the Sacred Congregation.
