Scope and Contents
He describes the commencement exercises at Vassar which included the delivering of several papers by various members of the class along with that of the valedictorian. He gives a brief summary of each. He also gives his observations of the girls there and compares them to Catholic young men. Vassar makes her examinations open as do the public schools and those of the Christian brothers.
