Coyle, Father James, Matteawan, New York, to James Alphonsus McMaster, New York, New York, 1866 May 21

 Item
Identifier: CMMA I-1-n

Scope and Contents

Coyle asks that McMaster devote one of the pages of the next week's issue of the Freeman to Memoir of Father Kelly which he encloses. He suggests that the use of the heading as he has it written, will attract the attention of the reader. He states that there are many facts which he alone can give concerning Fr. Kelly's life. He believes such a useful priest, one who has left his mark on the times in which he lived, should not be allowed to pass into oblivion by a mere passing notice. The writer, wishing to do his part, has written the article. :: I-1-n A.L.S. 1p. 12mo.
