Brannon was a Notary Public and the Office demanded that a certificate of Court should be attached certifying that he was a Notary Public. There is some difficulty in getting proof of the disease of which Nolan died, but he thinks that if he had the marriage certificate all right that he could crowd the case through. On last February 9th he enclosed the marriage certificate and Rev. Brannon's affidavit in a letter of Rev. Brannon to get Clerk of Court to attach certificate as to his official character as Notary Public.
