Clark sends McMaster a copy of the pamphlet he desired the other day. He begs McMaster to disregard the flattering annotations appended by the young friend from whom Clark obtained the copy. The article was originally written in the fall of 1861 for mention in the county paper but the editor was too timid to print it.
