Pare acknowledges Hennaert's letter of Nov. 28 in which he says that he has received a draft for 5600 francs on Pare from Certes of the Association of the Propagation of the Faith . Instead of bishops cashing these drafts through bankers, thereby losing a percentage, they should permit Pare to handle the matter directly thereby saving the bishops some money.
