Sifferath is now in Buffalo with the Redemptorists. He has seen Bishop Steph Ryan to get permission to say Mass until he can see the new bishop of Detroit when he shall come to Cross Village. The Buffalo Bishop would give him Permission if Hennaert would tell him that he were not under censure. A.L.S. On the same paper:
