Grant offers himself as a candidate for Holy Orders and affiliation in the Detroit Diocese. He finished his theological studies in St. John's College, Waterford, Ireland, for a foreign mission. He was adopted by Bishop Richard Vincent Whelan about 18 months ago. He says he has been waiting too long although his papers from the college, his Bishop, and his parish priest ought to satisfy Whelan, who does not seem to need him.
