Scope and Contents
Purcell returns the exeat of Father Martin Marco and transfers any claim he has to Lefevere. Lefevere's subjects there are doing remarkably well. Bishop Frederic Baraga seems to have discovered that his envoy in Europe was unworthy of confidence. Father J M Bruyere warns them against Father R. J. Laurence, lately of Toronto. P.S.
