Printed formula grant of faculties for the diocese of Detroit filled in with proper details. In it Lefevere has added the faculty of dispensing from two banns of marriage. The faculties are signed by the Bishop, the secretary, Father Peter Hennaert, and are impressed with the episcopal seal. The faculties are also granted in writing for all the diocese with the consent of the missionary of the place or of those in charge of the mission.
