Baraga has decided to write his Dictionary only in 2 languages, Indian and English, omitting the French. He has 3 reasons: 1. The Dictionary is connected with the Grammar which is only in English and Indian. 2. It will take him 15 months to write it, but fully 2 years if he would add French to it. 3.
