Scope and Contents
Because of the relation between the dioceses of Detroit and Quebec and so that Lefevere can conduct business through priests of the Detroit diocese in the archdiocese of Quebec, Turgeon makes Lefevere his vicar general with all the powers conferred on him according to the faculties he received from Rome, March 6, 1842.
