Fenwick certifies that he has made Father Michael Cummins, the rector of St. Anthony church in Monroe, Michigan Territory, his attorney with the power to let, sell, or devise a certain property which he describes, conveyed to him by Martin Badeau a trustee of St. Anthony church. The money arising from this act is to be used to finish the new brick church of St. Anthony.
