In the multiplicity of business at the time Timon's entries were made an error occurred in the quantity of land contained in the east half northwest quarter section No. 19.. It should have been 79 and 96 1/2/100 acres instead of 99 and 96 1/2/100 as described in the receipt. The Receiver's office has therefore charged Timon with twenty acres too much. Timon is to return the receipt for correction and they will return to him the amount overcharged.
