Guichainville, le Metayer de, New York, N. Y., to Henry F. Brownson, Detroit, Michigan, 1891 September 11
Scope and Contents
Guichainville encloses a copy of William E. Curtis' letter to Brownson. Guichainville is not convinced about Curtis as yet. He does not accept the authority of Ponce de Leon. He tells Brownson to read attentively the article that he attached on Brownson's work by Tarducci. He suggests waiting for another life of Columbus, perhaps by a Cuban. P.S. He has obtained the copyright under his own name and in three languages and that it cannot be reproduced without his authorization. Also, that due to an excellent contract made with his partner, the autograph is Guichainville's individual property. :: III-3-d A.L.S. 3pp. 12mo.
