Onahan believes the publication of a new edition of the works of Orestes A. Brownson deserves prompt and generous encouragement from the Catholic publics, although the number of volumes and the cost of the series will limit the number of subscriptions. In Onahan's opinion a collection of the more permanent of his writings in 5 to 10 volumes would bring Henry a greater and more satisfactory return.
