He writes at the request of Orestes A. Brownson to inform Henry that his mother Sally Healy Brownson is seriously ill and in danger of her life. He saw her today for the first time and found her condition so serious that he considered it his duty to warn Orestes Brownson of the possible result. Her disease is pneumonia complicated by great debility. He will see her on the 5th and if she should be worse, he will telegraph Henry the same evening. :: III-3-a A.L.S. 2pp. 12mo.
