Unsigned printed circular letter addressed to Timon in which he is accused of tyranny over his priests, of driving some priests out of the diocese, of collecting money for himself in Europe, of selling gifts to the diocese to his priests, and of his inability to get his priests to sign a document acquitting him of these charges. Mentioned are Bishop Bernard O'Reilly of Hartford, St. Patrick's Church, Rochester, Father Michael O'Brien of Rochester, and many other priests of the diocese. In the papers of Bishop Francis P.
