O'Melia; Content: Informs O'Melia that the government is using taxpayers money to buy and distribute the New York Times as propaganda abroad, and suggests that McCarthy put a stop to this. Further states that at present the U.S.I.A. employees 6,800 foreigners, and again encourages McCarthy to take action. Attached is a press release from Eugene Castle enumerating reasons for the abolition of the United States Information Agency.
