O'Melia; Contents: Refers to an enclosed list containing the names of 876 persons employed by the Office of the Chief of Counsel for War Crimes (Telford Taylor) at Nurnberg in September 1947, 68 persons in the civilian Censorship Division at Nurnberg at the same time, and ten persons engaged in other Allied departments. States information needed to check the backgrounds of these individuals. Asserts Carroll's conviction that the Nurnberg trials being conducted by Telford Taylor were in fact instruments of the Communist Party and the reasons for this conviction. Also refers to other enclosed documents to be used as evidence for Carroll's argument including copies of letters from Werner Schoknecht and a photostatic copy of a notice from the Nazi Police President.
