Meanwhile Ottós French travel visa is waiting to be picked up at the consulate of Budapest. Another visa for his son, Ottó- László, has been issued as well. This is a tremendous priviledge since no one is issued a visa without already owning a valid passport. But Ottó is still waiting for his.
