General
Letter. László sends information concerning their 50 reunion, which was held in May. ALG's letter, read by Bajor Pista, reverberated from ALG's old youthful humor that he has always had even when he was the master of the boarding house. Thus the solidarity of the 1936 graduating class derives from this special Norbertine intellect, spirit and education. László thinks that the character-building spirit he incepted for 8 years of his formal education in the Norbertine Order prepared him to endure later hardships in life with dignity; every society should establish high schools that teach morals and humanity. Now, unfortunately, people in Hungary erroneously think that the Norbertine Canonical Order has long been extinct. László sends an autobiographical note, including his unjust dismissal from the Department of Agriculture and memories of his established family. In 1948 he became a class enemy because of his family descent. László will consult with Bajor Pista's recital of the reunion events to make sure nothing is left out for ALG. He thanks ALG for the class's commemoration during his celebration and invites him to his house on his next visit. Hungarian
