General
Letter. György sends information about colleagues in their field and conferences he lately attended. Smahel will give an invited talk at the Zsigmond-conference at Budapest. György is sorry that ALG could not attend the Spoleto-conference, where he lectured on Roman continuity again. The Ukranian Pritsak, too, attended the conference from the United States, who is at Harvard now. He is a great orientalist with encyclopedic knowledge of Chinese and Turkic sources. György looks forward to ALG's upcoming visit in Budapest, when he will have more time to show around ALG the country. Hungarian
