Letter. Irmus begs pardon for her delay in writing. She thanks ALG for the letter, but his son did not receive his. His son, Lajos, sends the message through her that he is not able to respond as he doesn't have the money for postage. She asks ALG to intervene at the US embassy in Belgrade for Lajos to be included in the first transport of refugees to the US. The president asked Congress to vote on a 1000 person quota. Any time the Hungarian refugee camp will be closed down and Lajos will be sent back to Hungary. She asks ALG's advice concerning the possibilities to emigrate. She wishes happy Eastern. Hungarian
