General
Letter. Although he writes rarely to ALG, Elemér is sorry to write about business instead of research on such rare occasion. Now he is in Rome attending a conference. He brought two books with him from Hungary. One is Danko's Vetus hymnarium and the other is the Ábel series. The former is a rare original copy from his own collection while the latter is stamped with seals of Széchy Károly and the public school. Elemér sets a high value on the Dankó master print. Together with Pásztor Lajos they appraised the value to be $120 and $30, respectively, and asks ALG if he would be interested in buying them. He requests ALG's confidentiality in this matter when sending letters to Hungary. He plans to visit Vienna, Austria, in the summer and hopes to see ALG there. Hungarian
