General
Letter. ALG thanks Elemér for his fantastic essay and for his honourable letter. He lists his suggestions for the upcoming academic meeting. Based on his academic excellence, ALG advises Burger Károly for chairman, Ibrányi Ferenc for general secretary, and Prof. Körmendy as new member. Since they don't have enough publications, the candidacy of Föltenyi and Grosschmid should be deferred. The Hungarian Catholic League is the only organization in the U.S. that would support the Academy since they do caritative work. ALG suggests Elemér to introduce the Pázmány-chain to the board, which would be awarded only to special members of the Academy with a redemption of $100. Just like the Laetare Medal at the University of Notre Dame, this chain would be popular among many professors across American universities, who use their membership for popularity, and therefore the award would serve as and excellent perk to the Academy.
