The International Team Files are a small diverse collection of materials which are often a repeat of the International Secretariate Files. (The International Team acts as President of U.S. Grail and distributes international communications from the International Secretariate which accounts for much of the duplication of materials in the two files.) Included in this unit is correspondence, elections, financial reports, a questionnaire, minutes, reports, subject file, structures and miscellaneous material.

The correspondence series consists of letters and memos from the International Team, or individuals on the Team, to members of the U.S. Grail and the International Secretariate. Included also are subseries on "International Staff Exchange" dealing with people coming from overseas to the U.S. and people from the U.S. going overseas; a section on "Leadership" which was an international discussion question and finally a small correspondence file on the International President's (then Simone Tagher) visit to the U.S. A small series on elections is also included, but deals only with the election of the International Team and a large file on the election of the International President under the U.S. process. The Financial Reports series contains the formal budget of the U.S. Grail fund from June-September 1977.

The International Team files also include the typewritten dittoed formal results of a questionnaire sent to different International Teams about the Grail in their country. The results are, perhaps, a better indication of where the Grail was at in that particular country at that particular time rather than an overall history of each country. The minutes series consists of minutes from an International Team Meeting held January 1977. Reports: A series made up of two miscellaneous reports. Subject File: The series contains two publications from the U.S. Grail. Structures: A small series which deals with the U.S. Grail's process of affirming International Structures. Miscellaneous: Contains only a single item, a reprint of an article from the Cincinnati Catholic Telegraph on Simone Tagher's visit in 1976.
