Honus Wagner notebook, 1910
1910 Bank of Charleroi notbeook, Charleroi, Pennsylvania (7X14 cm). 70 leaves, 65 pages of entries in Wagner's hand. Information mostly consists of names and addresses, some scheduling information, and other notes. March contains a letter of recommendation to an unnamed team for an unnamed catcher. February-March and July 1910 contain crossed out writing that could be a will, including one page ending, "... bring them all to justice, J.H. Wagner."
Max Carey Letters
A group of three personal letters written during a 1914 preseason exhibition tour by Pittsburgh Pirates player Max Carey. The letters are addressed to Carey's wife, Aurelia Behrens Carey and discuss games in Missouri, Nebraska, and Kansas, as well as, personal matters.
Honus Wagner Notebooks
Two small volumes of the daily calendar type, dated 1904 and 1910, used as notebooks by Pittsburgh Pirates shortstop Honus Wagner. Content consists mostly of accounts, addresses, and other brief notations. The 1910 volume contains several longer crossed-out pages that could be copies of a rudimentary will.
