Biographical / Historical
Dr. Richard Lightbird Sutton, Jr. (1908-1990) was a dermatologist from Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Sutton was a billiards enthusiast, and he corresponded and collected widely around the sport. He donated these materials and his collection of billiards books to Rare Books and Special Collections in 1979.
