Photograph Album with 81 photographic prints tipped in. The album inside front cover bears the name Ruth Fay McLean, but little information is know about her. The album includes 37 images taken at the Olympic Summer Games of 1912 held in Stockholm, Sweden. Among the images are portraits and action shots relating to events in tennis, gymnastics, shooting, diving, swimming, and, most notably, athletics. Some are souvenir photos (including real-photo postcards) and some are vernacular photos taken by McLean's party. The album also includes 16 images of family and friends prior to the trip; 18 images of the voyage to Europe on the S.S. Lapland; and 10 images of a trip to Norway after the Olympics.
