Scope and Contents

The available pages represent the notebook entitled "Nyon, Dora, and Amedei" (Nyon, Dora i Amedei). It is the fifth notebook in a series of six that comprise "Switzerland Again 1912," which is the third book in a collection of four Travel Memoirs dedicated to Switzerland (see the cover file). The manuscript does not contain dated entries and describes Rusudana's visit to Nyon, Switzerland, in 1912. The memoir focuses on the close friendship between RNN, Dora Kunz, and Amedei Caulin. Dora and Amedei were RNN's acquaintances from her earlier visits to Switzerland in 1901 and 1905. Through interaction with them she developed her understanding of Swiss society and culture.

RNN page nos. 1841, (1842-1866 were taken out by Rusudana -- see the note sy the top of page 1841), 1867-1868, 1871-1890, 1893-1896, 1903-1907 (some pages are unnumbered), 2033-2034, 2037-2039
