Manuscript letters from Stanislas Foäche, P. Morange and Hardivillier at Cap-Français to Viscount de la Belinaye at Saint-Germain-en-Laye, France. They have received his letters of last 2 November, 4 October, and 11 April. They detail the repairs necessary to sell one of his houses as he wishes. They go into detail about their services for Belinaye thus far in an apparent defense against complaints from Belinaye and his wife about their work. They enclose an account statement dated 31 December 1788. Also included in the folder is an account statement dated 28 August 1789 on which Belinaye has written "erroneous" at the top and explained the errors on the back.
