He gives details on repairs needed for the houses Belinaye wants to sell and the difficulty of one tenant in paying his rent. Foäche details the best way for Belinaye to receive his payment in various forms (paper notes, foodstuffs) and the timing for getting the best rate. A note at the top in Belinaye's hand indicates that he responded on 15 March 1777.
