Lease of lands in Coxley (Somerset) originally to George Wilcox by Charles, Bishop of Bath and Wells, for the term of the lives of George Wilcox, Mary Shroll (widow of James Shroll), Mary Wilcox, Robert Bartlett (son of Joseph Lewis of Coxley), in exchange for the surrender of a cottage, a yearly rent of 2 pence, and services. Additions made in lead alter the recipient to Joseph Lewis of Coxley (Somerset).
