Contains a notebook relating to the exploits of Cathal Brugha and Éamonn Ceannt in the South Dublin Union during Easter Week, 1916. Begins on the verso of the first leaf, with subsequent verso pages in English with an Irish translation of the same on the recto pages. Interleaved are two loose scraps of paper that have notes on: an order to subpoena Louis O'Dea concerning the 1923 Ard-fheis and a note about the lack of episcopal denunciation of the actions of Neville Chamberlain in declaring war against Germany [in 1939].
