Scope and Contents

Contains a copy of the June 21st, 1917 edition of the Liberator (Tralee). The major article on the front page discusses the homecoming of Austin Stack, Thomas Ashe, and Timothy [Tadhg] Brosnan after their internment following the Easter Rising in 1916. Several other articles, including a poem, continue to discuss their release as well as the release of Countess Constance Markiewicz. Additionally contains a short article on republican propaganda stirring fears in South Africa, and a note that the House of Commons had issued a writ for a by-election in East Clare.
