Scope and Contents

Cover ornamented with rubber stamps in yellow ink: image of rubber stamp with text "FIRST CLASS". Rubber stamp in purple ink: sender's return address. Typewritten inscription in black ink on reverse: "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it." US Letter sheet enclosed. Letter urging participation in a "multi-level marketing" program, likely a pyramid scheme (letterhead reads "J.C. Allord"). US Legal sheet enclosed. Letter from one "Andy Sullivan" including instructions for participating, and an attempt to assuage doubts over the program. Litz's name and address are present in instructions. 6"x9" sheet enclosed. Hand-written note to Bakhchanyan from Litz: "Here's to a great New Year! This is about positive energy."
