Scope and Contents
In place of envelope artist has used a band of transparent paper to seal enclosure. Collage of photographs of a buildings, and a posed figure in white costume with speech bubble: "This is a chain Letter Please going" [sic]. Rubber stamps in red and blue ink: lips and hearts. A4 sheet enclosed. Chain letter.
