Cover ornamented with rubber stamps in purple ink: shadowy face, "mail art ist nicht Schöne kunst es sind die künstler die Schön sind" (mail art isn't beautiful art, it's the artists that are beautiful), "H.R.Fricker", and "Büro für künstlerische Umtriebe auf dem Land" (office for artistic activities in the country). Inscription informs Bakhchanyan that Fricker intends to travel to New York City and hopes to visit him.
