Heavily collaged cover. Cutouts of bear arms and head, blue and red striped postal design, envelope fragments, black rorschach blot-like shape. Black adhesive lettering: "I LOVE THE ARMNEWS SEX". Rubber stamps in green ink: "H.R.Fricker", "(Büro) für künstlerische Umtriebe auf dem Land" (office for artistic activities in the country), "HRF". Sheet enclosed. Collage of building facade with cutout of rampant bear. A4 sheet enclosed. Collage of shadowy figure with text "ARMNEWS-AGENT", envelope fragments, and Swiss postage stamp wit rampant bear. Inscription commends Bakhchanyan's publication Arm News.
