Rubber stamps in black ink: "Commonpress", "MATERIAL METAMORPHOSIS" logo (circular design with bird and postage cancelled wave as motion lines), "Material Metamorphosis", sender's return address. Instructions for mail artists to send 2 square feet of cotton clothing they have worn. Clothing with be turned into envelopes and paper for an issue of mail art project Commonpress. No date, item separated from cover. Deadline listed as "Oct.30, 1981", and another postcard dated "28 July 1981" explains that Cracker Jack Kid has received material from Bakhchanyan for the project (see Folder: 637).
